Another fabulous photo essay. Thank you so much for posting all these pictures. Looks like you guys had a blast. I especially loved the first picture with the chips, apples and water jug. A great arrangement of the items in the photo.

Making cider is so much fun!! We try and make around 60 gallons every fall (provided we have the apples) and we love making it just as much as we love drinking it!! It's a perfect fall family activity!!

hi hillary, my name is megan bielawski and i'm a friend of your aunt anne mcknight/anderson. im almost 16 and i babysit emma. anne had shown me your blog and i thought it was so cool. i too used to live on a farm when i was younger before i moved to davis. i had lots of farm animals and my dad and i used to make wine. im a HUGE country girl and really miss my country life. the pictures that you take are amazing! they really capture so much. i was thinking that if you had an email address that we could email back and forth. you seam like such a cool person to get to know. my email is johndeere1611@yahoo.com......i would really like to get to know you. i hope that this doesnt come off as weird to you but anne just thought that we would have a lot in common....:)thanks so much
