Accident Pictures

To make a long story short, Daddy and Benjamin were on their way home from work on Monday when they were broadsided by another car which came whipping out of a T intersection. The corner there is blinded by the corn and they did not see him when they came out. Daddy's truck went airborne to about 15 ft high, hit the ground and rolled 2.5 times.
By the grace of God no one in either car was significantly injured and they all basically walked away with just bumps and bruises. The following pictures depict the accident scene and bringing the truck home.

Wow!! That is so scary! Thank God no one was hurt!
Goodness gracious sakes alive!!! No one was hurt? Seriously? THAT is a miracle!
Since no one WAS hurt, can I laugh a little? Those last two pictures made me. It looks like they're putting the poor ol' thing out to pasture. I love the second to last picture especially. Truly pathetic!

The last two were of the "poor sick baby" being carried to rest. Or as one neighbor put it: "It was just like a funeral procession and it made me cry!" * sniff *
Daddy's truck was a legend around here and we are still hoping to piece it back together and get up and running again (which makes me happy because there is just something about that truck that just needs to be with dad. =) )
Very grateful that God quite literally spared their lives!
