alright dear, what you want to do is what they call "Embedding" a video. On most all videos there will be on the side bar two boxes with garbeldy gook in them. One says URL: and the other says Embed:. Click in the box that says "Embed:" and copy the text. Go over to your blog and make a new post. when you are at the page to create your post, the little box has 2 tabs one says "compose" and the other says "Edit HTML" or something like that. Click the HTML one and paste the code in there. Hit publish and it will show up on your blog. If you goof around with the sizes on the code you can make it bigger and smaller. :-P The video wont show on the page you create the post. You have to publish it to see it.
I hope that helps (if not let me know) I am not the best at explaining these things!

Love you!
